OUR e-LEARNING PLATFORM - LEARNING LIBRARY

Your digital class-room for real-world skills

We warmly welcome you to the e-learning course of the TEACH Project – Transforming Education: Achieving Innovation through Challenge-Based Learning, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.

This course introduces the essentials of Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) and provides practical tools to apply the methodology in your daily teaching. You will learn how to design and facilitate a challenge, understand the roles of the key actors involved, and manage the dynamics that emerge both in class and within student teams.

Through this journey, you will evolve into a Team-cher — a guide, mentor, and catalyst for student-driven innovation. Step by step, you will discover how to support your students as they develop ideas, build prototypes, and present their solutions to real stakeholders. The course also draws inspiration from the values and design mindset of the New European Bauhaus, encouraging teaching approaches that pay close attention to people, places, and possibilities.

You will explore how to track progress, nurture relationships, and use assessment as a learning compass, building a more intentional and participatory teaching practice.

This is teaching that empowers. This is learning that matters.

Our Teachers

Dr. Marta Villa and Prof. Chiara Bassetti from University of Trento have curated the contents of these 12 modules, organized into two Skill Sets: the Teamcher Skill Set and the Challenge Facilitator Skill Set. For both of them, each module combines short video lessons, downloadable resources, and quick quizzes, so that you can immediately apply what you learn.

Thus, this course is not only about acquiring knowledge — it’s about trying out new ways of teaching and experimenting with new roles in your own practice, moving from teacher to teamcher.

Enjoy!
